Reporter Stable Cell Line

InvivoGen提供多種天然免疫相關報導細胞株,報導基因系统分為兩種: SEAP分泌型鹼性磷酸酶(可見光)與Lucia分泌型螢光素酶(冷光)。這兩種系统的共同優勢是報導基因會分泌到細胞外,檢測時不需將细胞裂解,可先收集細胞培養液樣本保存,再進行統一檢測,細胞可完整保留供後續實驗使⽤。報導细胞株大量且穩定表現某一特定訊息傳遞路徑的應答元件(response elements) 與下游SEAP和/或Lucia報導基因。當激動劑與受體結合訊息傳遞路徑被活化後,轉錄因子會與應答元件结合,引發下游報導基因的表現,可用於研究特定訊息傳遞路徑,如NF-κB和IFN等。

為檢測SEAP和Lucia報導基因表現量,InvivoGen提供相對應檢測試劑:HEK-Blue Detection™, QUANTI-Blue™以及QUANTI-Luc™,以分光光度計即可偵測SEAP與Lucia報導基因的表現量。
